Warranty

MANCOM products are warranted for a period of twelve months from the warranty start date, against defects in material or workmanship under normal use and service. Prior to the start of the warranty period every new installation of Mancom's TouchPlus ™ family of products are inspected and certified by an authorized company trained technician. As part of the site certification program, a Mancom technician ensures all new operators of the target system are properly trained, in all aspects of the equipment, and the system is trouble free and running at an optimum level.

If maintenance or technical assistance is required, customers can call our help desk or log their inquiries through the on-line support section of our web-site. It is our experience that 90% of all inquiries are successfully diagnosed and resolved over the phone. If a service call is required, a factory authorized technician visits the facility to ensure the TouchPlus ™ targeting system is up and running to our customer's complete satisfaction.

Maintenance Plans

Mancom has several different types of maintenance plans to meet the needs of our customers. These plans range from a simple parts exchange program to a full preventative maintenance program which includes parts, labor, and periodic preventative maintenance calls. During the product warranty period our service manager contacts each customer to determine which type of maintenance plan best suits their needs.
